New Homes Builder

Shea Homes San Diego ended 2009 with 233 net sales and 193 homes closed in 13 neighborhoods throughout San Diego County.  155 sales and 118 closings were comprised of Chula Vista communities alone.

“Value pricing and the lowest interest rates in 40 years have contributed to this being the most affordable time in a generation to buy a home,” said Vanessa Linn, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Shea Homes. “The variety and quality of Shea Homes neighborhoods, value-added incentives and our experience in qualifying buyers for VA/FHA loans has proven to be a good combination for meeting our goals for the year and for helping so many realize the dream of home ownership.”

The New Homes Builder continues to sell new homes at:

  • Windingwalk in Chula Vista,
  • Lomas Verdes in Chula Vista,
  • San Miguel Ranch in Chula Vista,
